• Width: To find the correct width, measure the gap between the walls or posts. This measurement will be the one you need to use when ordering. There's no need to add allowances for the hinges and latch as our 'fits opening' measurements already account for these components.

• Height: The "physical height" doesn't include ground clearance. When installing your gate, we recommend leaving 50mm (2") clearance from the ground to ensure free movement.

If the gap between your walls or posts is 914mm (3ft), you should order the gate designed to "fit an opening of 914mm (3ft)".
