The Royale Premier Wrought Iron Style Metal Garden Gate is available to order online in several sizes, making it ideal for any residential installation when privacy and security will benefit the property owner. The gate is manufactured from solid steel components and features a stylish arch top, fleur-de-lys finials, dog bars in the bottom portion of the gate and wrought iron style scrolls for an enhanced visual appeal. Available in a choice of primed black (undercoat) or low maintenance zinc plated and black powder coated paint option, it includes surface-mounted adjustable hinges for easy levelling when installing, whilst you can secure the sliding latch with a standard padlock.

Ordering Sizes

• Width: Measure the size of the opening between walls or posts. This measurement will be the size you need to order as our "fits opening" dimension already includes the space required for the hinges and latch. No other allowances should be made.

• Height: The "fitted height" is the height of the gate once installed. This measurement has an allowance of 50mm (2") for ground clearance. This measurement does not include the top scrollwork/finials above the frame.

Example

If the measurement between existing walls is 1067mm, you will need to purchase a gate that "fits opening" 1067mm (3ft 6").

Do You Need Metal Gate Posts?

Where no existing support structure is present, you will require the addition of metal posts; therefore, you will need additional space for these items.

Example – A garden gate to fit an opening of 1070mm combined with 2 x 100mm posts will need an overall space of 1267mm.
