Suitable for any home and garden location, the railings feature wrought iron style scrolls, solid steel frames and plain infill bars for maximum visual appeal without compromising on the structural integrity of the panel. For maximum levels of durability, the Stirling railing design has a zinc plated and black powder-coated paint finish as standard and includes surface mounted fitting brackets which can be attached directly to brickwork, metal, or timber posts.

• Width: The “fits opening” measurement listed above represents the gap size required between pre-existing pillars or posts. Included within this dimension are the mounting brackets; therefore, no further calculations are needed.

• Height: The “physical height” detailed above does not include any spacing for ground clearance. We recommend having 50mm (2”) clearance between the underside of the railing and the top of the wall.

Do you Need Metal Posts?

Installation locations without pillars, walls or other means of support will require the addition of metal posts. In these instances, you will need to factor in the space taken up by these items.

Examples

• 1 x railing and 2 x 50mm bolt down posts will need a total space of 1930mm.

• 2 x railings and 3 x 50mm bolt down posts will need an overall length of 3810mm.

• 3 x panels and 4 x 50mm bolt down posts will need an overall size of 5690mm.
